Samantha’s Beautiful Floral Card

Samantha combined a bunch of flowers and foliage images to create this gorgeous heart-shaped card! Check out the supply list below for all the sets that were used.

The flowers and leaves were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers, then fussy cut and assembled along one side of an Outside In Stitched Heart Stackable! The sentiment is found in our Gleeful Gardens set!

Samantha created the subtle striped background with pale gray colored embossing paste. Such a lovely result!

Christy’s Lovely Stuck on You Card!

Hey friends! Christy here to share a fun card with you for our current challenge, Flowers, Floral, and Foliage. This time I had to look no further for inspiration than the windowsill of my craft room, which is covered in pots of succulents and cacti.

I started by stamping out my Stuck on You images in Lawn Fawn inks. I used Celery Stick for the cactus, Minty Fresh for the succulents, Moonstone for the pots, and Fresh Lavender for the flower. Then added some shading with Copic markers.

I die cut some watercolor paper with the Stitched Journaling Card as my focal panel and painted on a light wash of purple for some subtle color. Then I layered my images over the top with a combination of liquid glue and foam tape.

The Gotta Have Gingham patterned paper was die cut with a Scalloped Rectangle Stackables, and adhered to a Moonstone card base. I popped up my focal panel with more foam tape and added a few white gems for a finishing touch.

To see how this card came together you can check it out on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty. You still have time to enter our challenge! I can’t wait to see what you create!
Our Flowers, Floral and Foliage challenge will be open until Sunday July 1, at 11:59PM ET.
