Design Team Inspiration

Samantha‘s adorably punny design features Be Hap-pea, Henry’s ABCs and Draped Ribbons Stencil!

Karin‘s card puts the spotlight on one of the Stitched Root Veggies paired with a sentiment from Carrot ’bout You! She added some pretty detail using Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.

Christy sends “berry grape” birthday wishes with this fun and clever design! She combined our new Year Fourteen grapes with Berry Special for the cute fruit. Her greeting features Finley’s ABCs and a sentiment from Year Fourteen stamped with Juice Box ink!

Mimi created a sushi feast starring Let’s Roll! She cleverly used the Ta-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On and Window Frame to fashion a sushi bento box! As always, she used creative license to make her design her own!

Joyce‘s get-well card is filled with fruity goodness! she used Fruit Salad 6×6 paper for the background then she assembled fruit from Year Fourteen, Aloha, Berry Special, You’re the Zest and So Smooth. She added a sentiment from Get Well Before ‘n Afters stamped on a Stitched Sentiment Banner.

I love to see Treat Cart paired with different critters and Samantha delivers with these adorable penguins! She crafted her background using Stitched Ripple Backdrop, Scalloped Rectangle Stackables and Rainbow Ever After paper. She found the cute critters Penguin Party and the message is from Wavy Sayings on a Simple Wavy Banner.

Catherine reminds us of an iconic food with her “souper” birthday card! To create the soup cans, she used Build-A-Drink Root Beer Add-On. The solid piece for the cans and the insert piece to make the can lids. Then after coloring them in the classic colors, she layered them on a Radiant Heart Backdrop. She created the soup bowl with a Circle Stackable and the largest of the Large Stitched Ovals. The little bears are from Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun, and the spoon is from Stitched Teacup. And then she spelled out “souper” with Quinn’s ABCs!

Jenn joins us for this challenge with super sweet inspiration! She paired Treat Cart with I Scream, You Scream for some frosty fun with food!

We will have more Design Team inspiration for the Fun with Food challenge over the next 2 weeksBe sure to come back tomorrow when we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 175 – Summertime Fun Critters on Vacation!
