Samantha‘s punny congrats card has some sweet and special details!

Samantha cut all the pieces for the ice cream cones in I Scream You Scream from white cardstock. Then she used Distress Oxide inks to add all the color:
Cones – Fossilized Amber, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain
Ice cream – Antique Linen, Saltwater Taffy (blush)
Cherry – Saltwater Taffy, Candied Apple
Leaf – Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn

To create the greeting, she cut the Henry’s ABCs letters for “cone” from white cardstock and inked them the same way at the ice cream cones. Then to add the cone stitching detail, she positioned each letter inside the cone die and ran it through her die cut machine. Then she cut the rest of the greeting from Black Licorice cardstock.

Thanks so much for this special, punny inspiration, Samantha!

Catherine is back with another super clever design to inspire you! She found her inspiration in the I column of the Bingo Board: Bright, Critter, Lawn Cuts, Stamp and Cute! As she always does, she got really creative using images in unique ways!

Catherine used the sentiment from Loads of Fun, a fun laundry day set, to create a scene with a much different theme! It appears our Beary Rainy Day critters are repaving the roads, bringing in loads paving materials! I love how she created the cute safety hard hats with the Ferris wheel buckets from Wheely Great Day! And she cleverly combined the tractor from Hay There Hayrides with the Rub-A-Dub-Dub tub to make a dump truck! For the sign she used Kanga-rrific and Push Here.

In the background, Catherine stenciled some clouds, before layering Lawn Cuts dies from On the Road over a Stitched Wavy Backdrop: Portrait. I’m sure there’s a little kid out there, maybe even a big kid, who would really love this bright and cute birthday card!

Oh, my goodness, your road construction card is so much fun and totally clever! Thank you for inspiring us, Catherine!
