Joyce’s Lovely Latte Inspiration

The Lots of Heart challenge is in the third week, and we are wowed by the amazing projects filling up the gallery! If you haven’t played along yet, there is still time! Joyce shares the sweetest Lovely Latte design to inspire your Lots of Heart creativity!

Joyce used a simple recipe to create this amazing card! Lots of Hearts Background Stencils in shades of pink are perfect in the background.

Then she added the cutest Lovely Latte cup in more pretty pink colors. How cute is that?

As the final step, she added the greeting using Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and a sentiment from Thanks a Latte!

This card makes me smile, it’s so adorable! Thanks for this wonderful inspiration, Joyce!

Caly’s Lots of Heart Inspiration

Hello Friends!
It’s Caly with you today, sharing a project for the Lots of Heart Challenge #117!  This challenge runs three weeks and ends on February 6th, 2022 at 11:59pm PST.  Play along for your chance to win a $50 gift card!

For today’s card, I used a lot of heart products and layered them to create a Valentine’s Day card.  I started with the Lots of Hearts Background Stencils to ink-blend my background using Guava and Wild Rose inks.

Next, I layered a piece of vellum cardstock that I tapped onto clear embossing ink to add a gold-embossed border around the edges for interest. I used a very small amount of glue all around the edges to attach this piece to my background. It softens everything in the center.

I die-cut the Valentine Hearts Border using Guava and Raspberry cardstock. I adhered the dark over the light and used Glossy Accents to flood the lighter hearts. I die-cut the Giant XOXO dies in the same cardstock and off-set them a tad before adhering them together.

I finished by coloring an image from the Scent With Love set and attached it to the top of my Giant XOXO. I also added a few white gel highlights on the letters to give them more interest too.
