We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects to our challenges, you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Samantha used a combination of patterned papers from Rainbow Ever After and Spiffier Speckles to create this totally happy card! She used both collections to give the Plant-A-Succulent potted plants pretty color and whimsical pattern! She layered the plants on more papers and then she framed her design with a Flower Garden Backdrop which she trimmed so there are only flowers and leaves at the top.

Thank you so much for inspiring us with your clever patterned paper design, Samantha!

Joyce’s Cheery Plant-A-Succulent Birthday Card

We hope you enjoy today’s inspiration! The challenge gallery is filling up with some amazing creativity and there is room for yours too! The Challenge 125 – Dies Only is a 3-week challenge and will be open until Sunday, June 5 at 11:59PM ET.

Joyce inspires us today with a brilliant birthday card for the dies-only challenge!

Joyce inked the Plant-A-Succulent images creating a bright and cheery focal point for her card! She added a Bunting Border and layered everything on a Gotta Have Gingham Rainbow background.

Then she finished the design with a birthday greeting. I love how she inked the sentiment with a combination of Carrot and Lobster inks!

Thank you so much for sharing this delightful inspiration, Joyce!

Sending Hugs with Samantha and Plant-A-Succulent

We hope you enjoy today’s inspiration! The challenge gallery is filling up with some amazing creativity and there is room for yours too! The Challenge 125 – Dies Only is a 3-week challenge and will be open until Sunday, June 5 at 11:59PM ET.

Samantha joins us today with an amazingly cute Plant-A-Succulent card! I’m sure it will inspire you!

Samantha’s clean and simple design has so much personality! She brought the succulents to life with colorful Distress Inks! Then she sprinkled them with water and white acrylic ink to add even more fun!

For the background she added the Brick Stencil pattern with warm colors of Distress Oxide (Abandoned Coral and Dried Marigold) so the colorful plants would pop! The final touch was to add the greeting with Scripty Hugs! She die-cut it from Black Licorice cardstock 5 times, stacking the layers to make a chipboard style element!

Your card is so happy and fun, Samantha! Thanks so much for sharing with us today!
