Hey friends, it’s Christy here with another card for our Lots of Heart Challenge! For this one, I really wanted to go with a softer, storybook style of coloring, so I stamped all of my images in Crunchy Leaf Ink. I pulled them from four different stamp sets, including Really High Five, Special Delivery, Scent with Love, and Love Letters. I colored them with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

Next, I cut my focal panel out of Speckled Eggshell Cardstock with the second largest of the Lacy Rectangle Stackables. I also cut some Moonstone Cardstock down with the Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait and glued that to a Ballet Slippers card base. Then I popped the focal panel up with foam tape.

I added my images with liquid glue, and finished off the card with a trio of hearts stamped with Bubblegum Ink and some Stardust Stickles. I also stamped on the inside of the card using Bubblegum and images from Butterfly Kisses and Special Delivery.

If you’d like to see the whole process of creating this card, you can check out the video tutorial on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty. I really hope you enjoy it! We’ve been loving your Lots of Heart creations so far, but if you haven’t had a chance to participate yet, there’s still time! We can’t wait to see what you come up with. Have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much for this wonderful inspiration, Christy!

Mimi created a very fun and whimsical interactive card to inspire you today! She gave the Stitched Happy Heart a fun interactive element with Waving Pull-Tab Starter Set!

Mimi started with the Sunburst Backdrop, inking it with Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide Ink and splattering with white ink. Then she assembled the waving pull-tab mechanism (altering it to make it fit the large heart) to give the heart flapping “wings”! She found the perfect wings in Tiny Gift Box Unicorn and Horse Add-On.

She die-cut the Stitched Happy Heart from Watercolor Wishes 12 x 12 Lucky Penny paper and inked the edges with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. Instead of using the larger smiley face in the heart set, Mimi used dies from Tiny Gift Box Unicorn and Horse Add-On and Tiny Gift Box Bee Add-On for the eyes, cheeks and smile. She also added the scarf from Woodland Critter Huggers Summer Add-On for more character fun!

Then Mimi added the cute arms from Stitched Happy Heart to hold all the cute love letters! She added Happy Mail Foiled Washi to white cardstock, then cut out the individual envelopes to fill up the arms! To finish her card, she added a sentiment from Simply Celebrate Hearts.

Thank you for this adorable and totally clever inspiration Mimi!

Karin made Giant Sending Big Hugs the star of her delightful card inspiration!

Karin’s design is so much fun! She used the negative die cut from Giant Sending Big Hugs as the backdrop popped up on a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle.

Our Special Delivery messenger bird brings special mail for the little birds from Eggstra Amazing Easter! This is such a cute idea!

Thanks so much for this adorable inspiration, Karin!
