By linking your projects to our challenges you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Now let’s see how our amazing Design Team was inspired by the card sketch!

Christy‘s card is so beautiful! The silhouette of Santa’s sleigh flying over the moon and the snow frosted trees are from Ready Set Snow and they create a wonderful scene for the skating mouse!

Joyce‘s awesome design shows that she can think totally outside the box! Her Woodland Critter Huggers deer is the circle element and Mini String of Lights is the banner! How cute is this card?

Samantha followed the sketch pretty closely in making this awesome Halloween card! She combined Beam Me Up, Pick of the Patch, Hats Off to You and Holiday Party Animal along with Bunting Borders and a silver glitter Scalloped Circle! That inky green background is so cool!

Franci used the scripty sentiment from Mice on Ice to give the idea of a banner and Stitched Pond as the circle on her adorable card design! She added to the greeting using Offset Sayings: Christmas!

Samantha M flipped the sketch upside down! She used the Stitched Wave Borders as the banner and the half Rainbow as the circle! She finished her gorgeous design with Winter Narwhal and Christmas Fishes!

For everyone not ready to let go of Summer Karin created a beautiful card based on the card sketch! (Of course it’s still hot this week in So Cal so I’m more than ready for Fall!) Karin’s fun On the Beach scene uses the beach ball as the circle and the beach towel to suggest a banner!

Jessica‘s gorgeous card features Mice on Ice and Stitched Pond! The Stitched Snowflakes are a clever way to add the circle element from the sketch!

Caly got really creative and made a beautiful birthday shaker card! She used Stitched Cupcake and the cute little bunting from Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up for the sketch elements. Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables created the shaker window that works with the sketch! I love the Chunky Glitter on the cupcake frosting and the colorful “sprinkles” as shaker bits; it’s all in the details!

We will share Design Team inspiration for you over the next 2 weeks and we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 62 tomorrow!

We are so excited to welcome Grace Camou as our Guest Designer for this challenge! She is a very talented cardmaker and has been wowing us with her amazing creativity! You can find her on Instagram as @allbygrace! Be sure to check out her Instagram, you will be so inspired! Now let’s share her amazing card for this challenge!

What looks like just a regular card is actually a Storybook Shadow Box card to which Grace added a decorated cover flap! How cute is that gingerbread and candy vignette?!

Grace used the banner die that comes in the Double Slider Surprise die set to add the sweet sentiment to the “book cover” flap on the front of the box! This design is just so fun and unique!

When the card folds flat for mailing, the Sweet Christmas sentiment on the side of the box will be visible as the card is removed from the envelope! Too clever!

Grace used our Sweet Christmas stamp set to build an adorable layered scene on the inside! She created a lovely pink and teal color palette using papers from a few different collections! She also added the Sweetest Flavor ice cream cone to the inside panels in pretty pastel shades!

Now let’s see what our awesome Design Team created to inspire your creativity!

Samantha‘s fabulous Christmas scene was created on an Outside In Stitched Cloud shape! She used Winter Village and Winter Skies for the scene!

Jessica used a Stitched Circle for her adorable shaped card! She combined the mug and fun sentiment from Thanks a Latte with glittery snowflakes!

Franci created a sweet snowscape inside a Shadow Box Card using the cute penguins from Snow Cool! The pretty pastel colors are perfect in this frosty scene!

Karin‘s beautiful little Winter Skies scene looks so adorable in the heart-shaped card! She used an Outside In Stitched Heart with a Lacy Heart to create the card base.

Samantha C got really creative and made her card base using the Candy Box die! She used Holiday Sparkle cardstock to add the glittery silver to the sides and the sweet Holiday Helpers fit perfectly on this unique card design!

Joyce used our new Outside In Stitched Christmas Tree for her festive and fun shaped card! She added a Bannertastic banner with a greeting from Thanks a Latte! The fun accessories under the tree are from the Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On set!

Christy used the Shadow Box Card dies to make the box base and add the snowy trees! The Shadow Box Ocean Add-On was used to create the sweet scalloped window! She filled the scene with critters from Joy to the Woods and finished with a sentiment from Ready Set Snow for her fantastic holiday card!

We will have Design Team inspiration for you over the next 2 weeks and of course we’ll share our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 40 tomorrow!

Franci’s Festive Rainbow Card

Hi there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today with a Really Rainbow Christmas festive card for our Color Inspiration Challenge!

To create my card I die cut some Stitched Snowflakes out of the new Really Rainbow Christmas paper, then I also die cut a Dotted Rectangle and a card base out of white cardstock. I sponged my card base with distress inks to create a nice dark background and glued my dotted panel on using Lawn Fawn Glue Tube.

I die cut all the Finley’s ABCs alphabet letters I needed to create my rainbow-colored Merry out of white cardstock, so I could color them with different shades of Distress inks. I added them to my card with foam adhesive then I stamped my sentiment from the Holiday Helpers set. Then I added the snowflakes with foam adhesive too and I trimmed the excess to clean up my card.

Finally, I added some sparkling clear sequins and lots of sparkle on my Merry sentiment with the Wink of Stella clear brush to complete my bright, clean and simple design!

Hope you like my project and thank you so much for stopping by today!
Have a lovely day
franci
