Mimi gave the new Build-A-Gumball Machine a cute holiday vibe to create a super cute Christmas in July shaker card!

Mimi created the shaker by stacking 4 layers of gumball machine with acetate between the top 2 layers. Then she dressed the gumball machine up with holiday fun including a Santa hat and holly from Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On. She added additional mini holly from Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On.

She used glitter frosted mint candies from How You Bean? Mint Add-On. She stamped them first in festive colors of Distress Oxide ink using a Misti. Then she stamped again with embossing ink to heat emboss with glittery Unicorn Sparkle embossing powder.

Finally, she added a colorful greeting using the same Distress Oxide inks and Offset Sayings: Christmas. I love how she replaced the O with another mint! She used the smallest of the Small Mini Slimline Stackables as a sentiment banner. So clever!

Thanks so much for this brilliant card idea, Mimi! I love the pretty pink gumball machine and pastel mints!

How gorgeous is Joyce‘s cozy card? The stenciled Poinsettia Background fills the design with so much Christmas beauty!

Joyce stenciled the poinsettia background on Vanilla Malt cardstock using Wild Rose, Cranberry, Freshly Cut Grass and Noble Fir Lawn Fawn ink.

Then she inked the Stitched Teacup, saucer and spoon before adding the Stitched Cupcake “whipped cream” on top. Next she created the traditional Christmas greeting with Henry’s ABCs and Happy Happy Happy Add-On.

As final adorable detail, Joyce added the cute gingerbread man and candy cane from Woodland Critter Hugger Winter Add-On.

This card is so gorgeous, Joyce! Thank you so much for inspiring us today!

Mimi‘s amazing Build-A-Drink card is filled with holiday spirit! Or is that “spirits”?

Mimi used Build-A-Drink glasses filled with ink-tinted vellum “beverages” in holiday colors! She cleverly used the Stitched Umbrella handle as a candy cane for one of the drinks. And she die cut the ice cubes from glittery Pixie Dust cardstock for some holiday sparkle!

The drink glasses look so dramatic on the black background! And the holly and berries from both Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On and Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On continue the Christmas theme!

Mimi framed the composition with a striped Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame before adding the super cool greeting! She spelled out “spirits” with Henry’s ABCs, then completed the sentiment by combining words and letters from Thanks a Latte, Don’t Worry Be Hoppy, and Slow Down and Enjoy. These sets all use the same whimsical font to create a seamless sentiment!

This is such a delightful design, Mimi! Thank you so much for inspiring us today!
