Hi Friends! It’s Caly with you today.  The Inspired by a Book, Movie, Song Theme for the current Challenge 97 is going strong!  This is a fun one for a lot of people and it’s so fun for us to see what everyone makes.  You still have lots of time to participate as this is a 3 week challenge that ends on Sunday April 4^th, 2021 at 11:59pm PT – that’s Easter and my daughter is turning 5!  My card today is inspired by the nursery rhyme/kids song Old MacDonald!

I recently got the Hay There set and I thought this was the perfect opportunity to use it!  I paired it with the Happy Village and Rub-A-Dub-Dub sets to fill out my slimline scene for you.  I started by stamping and coloring the images using Copic markers.

Reds:  R32, R35, R37, R39
Yellows:  Y00, Y04, Y11, Y15, YR24
Greens:  YG11, YG13, YG09
Blue:  B000
Browns: [E0000, E30], [E31, E34, E35, E37], [E40, E41, E42, E43]
Flesh:  R20, E000, E00, E02, R00, E95
Grays:  N0, N2, N4, 6, N8

To create my hills, I used Cilantro cardstock and cut it from the Slimline Grassy Hillside Borders.  Then I used a piece of green patterned paper from the Really Rainbow Scallops Collection Pack and cut a piece using the Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders.  I ink-blended the top of both pieces using Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink to give them some shading. 

Next, I ink-blended my sky on a white panel using Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Inks.  I used the Large Slimline with Sliders die to die-cut a stitching all around the panel as well as the hillside panels to carry through the decorative border.

I attached the patterned hillside first, then the Cilantro hillside panel with foam adhesive to add dimension to my card.  The fun part was attaching all the adorable farm animals and barn and trees to fill my scene!
