Joyce made some adorable party straws using I Scream, You Scream that are perfect for adding lots of fun and whimsy to party decor!

Joyce die cut the ice cream from Sticky Note, Mermaid, Chili Pepper and Ballet Slippers cardstock and the cones from Kraft cardstock! She added a little bit ink blending to give them more dimension and sandwiched two of each onto color coordinating straws! How cute would these ice cream cones be as cupcake toppers or added to a banner for a cool summer party!
